Challengers, READY!

  1. I'm so excited about this. What do you have planned exercise-wise?

    2.8 mile run for me and Benny!

  2. Today I'm doing some core strength stuff - sit-ups, squats, arm stuff. Tomorrow yoga, Wednesday running, Thursday is dancing, Friday is running, Saturday is pic & mix (so I don't know what I'll be doing, perhaps Tai Chi?) and another run on Sunday!
